http://www.impresspages.org/ - The idea to develop entirely new CMS was born in our heads dealing with people who administer the content of website. As a rule administrators are not IT professionals, while almost all open source CMSs are developed to fulfill the needs of IT professionals.

We decided to focus our efforts on the development of user friendly solution in order to make the management of the website as simple as possible. Quite soon we made a conclusion that the only way out is to automate the process.

One of the most difficult tasks was to find a proper balance of functions performed by developer and user. Flexibility was the road to our success. The style may be defined by developer and automatically applied for all the changes made by administrator. We decided to offer a maximum range of tools for developer and simplified tools for user.

Please be honest with me. How long can it take to be very good at PHP programming?

To be honest with you, your programming background matters. If you are new to programming, then you might find somethings difficult to understand. if you are coming from C or Java, then it’s a very easy world! learning PHP is easy mind you, but you approach is very important and approach is alway addictive in programming cause every programmer believes his/her style is the best. I will advise you to dive into OOP and try to understand MVC, then you will enjoy PHP.
