PHP or jQuery Developer or your friend needs someone that can handle both?
PHP + JQuery.
What is needed is someone who can create some JQuery apps that will save data to a database with ajax calls.
This will require a PHP frontend and administrative interface for viewing activities on the frontend.
Also, PHP will be needed for the presentation of database information on the frontend.
CakePHP, CodeIgniter or any well adopted web development framework (not CMS) is required.
